We offer 3 levels of support pricing to meet all your needs.
Contracted Service Support
Support and maintenance package – for our client that have maintenance contracts. This support is offered at a reduced fee per your maintenance contract. This can include remote services and on-site services. When bundled with a maintenance contract this is your most cost effective option!
Support and maintenance items are scheduled and planned. Although you may not have an existing contract, we will be happy to work with you as the need arises.
Break Fix – When something unplanned goes wrong. We will work with you ASAP to get you back up and running.
Our service offerings include:
Remote Service & Support – We will connect to your machine using remote control software and work with you on line. This requires your computer is connected to the internet and you are able to install our remote support software.
On-Site Service – If we cannot help you remotely, or your computer(s) cannot connect to the internet, we can provide on-site assistance.
Payment is required at the beginning of a remote support session. We accept PayPal and most major credit cards.
